Innovation, training and networking: with this spirit, we at Finking took part in the training course promoted by Unioncamere del Veneto, the Veneto Region and the universities of Venice, Padua and Verona, dedicated to the digital transformation of SMEs. The initiative, aimed at 74 local companies, focused on key issues such as digital relations with the market, Industry 4.0 and the adoption of new technologies in business processes.

The course was developed with the scientific support of Ca’ Foscari University of Venice and the Venice School of Management, in collaboration with the University of Padua, and is part of a broader project that aims to support Veneto-based companies in the dual transition to digital and green technologies.

Starting on 28 April, a second call for proposals will be launched, involving another 100 companies, with a focus on artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, human resources and 4.0 technologies applied to production chains. The programme includes blended training – online and in person – divided into theoretical content and practical workshops, with the aim of promoting a culture of widespread innovation and strengthening the competitiveness of local SMEs.

For us at Finking, it was also a valuable opportunity to meet and network with other businesses in the area, a useful exchange of experiences, ideas and perspectives on the future of innovation in SMEs.

We will continue to invest in initiatives that promote growth, skills and strategic vision in the context of digital transformation.
