The information is provided only for the site in question and not for other websites the user may consult via links.

The information is also inspired by Recommendation no. 2/2001 adopted by the European authorities for the protection of personal data, in the Group established by Art. 29 of directive no. 95/46/EC. This directive was adopted on 17 May 2001 to establish minimum requirements for the on-line collection of personal data, and in particular, the methods, times and type of information that the data controller must provide to users when they access web pages, regardless of the purpose of the connection.

Following consultation of this site, data may be processed on identified or identifiable persons.

LOCATION OF DATA PROCESSING
Processing related to the web services offered by this website is done at the headquarters of the data controller or where it declares to have located the web server and is done solely by technical personnel of the office in charge of processing, or by any person responsible for occasional maintenance.

No data deriving from the web service is shared or disseminated.

The personal data provided by users requesting information material (bulletins, CD ROMs, newsletters, annual reports, answers to questions, deeds and provisions, etc.) are used only to provide the service requested and are communicated to third parties only when necessary for that purpose.

TYPES OF DATA PROCESSED
1) Browser data
During normal use, the computer systems and software procedures used to operate this website obtain certain personal data for which transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols.

This information is not collected to be associated to identified parties, but by their nature could identify users, through processing and associations with data held by third parties.

This category of data includes the IP addresses or domain names of the user’s computer, URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) addresses of the requested resources, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the server response (successful, error, etc.) and other parameters related to the operating system and the user’s computer environment.

This data is used only to collect anonymous statistical data regarding site use and to verify its correct functioning. It is deleted immediately after processing. The data may be used to determine liability in the event of computer crimes against the site. Except in this eventuality, data on web contacts is not kept for more than seven days.

2) Data provided voluntarily by the user
The optional, explicit and voluntary sending of electronic mail to the addresses indicated on this site results in the subsequent acquisition of the sender’s address, which is necessary to respond to requests, as well as any other personal data included in the message.

COOKIES
No user personal data is collected by the site.

Cookies are not used to transmit information of a personal nature. Session cookies are used solely to transmit session identifiers (consisting of random numbers generated by the server) necessary for the safe and efficient exploration of the site.

The session cookies used on this site avoid the need for other IT techniques that might be prejudicial to the confidentiality of user browsing and do not allow the acquisition of personal data identifying the user.

OPTIONAL PROVISION OF DATA
Apart from that stated for navigation data, the user is free to provide personal data in the request forms or indicated in contacts made to request information material or other communication.

Failure to provide such data may obviously prevent a response to the user’s request.

It must be remembered that in some cases (not related to ordinary management of this site), the Authority may request news and information under Art. 157 of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003, for the purposes of monitoring personal data processing. In these cases, a response is obligatory under penalty of administrative sanctions.

Specific security measures are observed to prevent the loss of data, illicit or incorrect use and unauthorised access.

RIGHTS OF INTERESTED PARTIES
The persons to whom the personal data refers may, at any time, obtain confirmation of the existence (or otherwise) of the data and be informed of its content and origin, verify its accuracy or request additions, updates or corrections to it (Art. 7 of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003).

Pursuant to the same article, users are entitled to request the deletion, transformation in anonymous form or blocking of data processed in violation of the law, and to oppose their processing for legitimate reasons.
