A new eagerly awaited edition of the Turin International Book Fair opened yesterday Thursday, 9 May and will last until 13 May.
The event is expected to be one of the largest ever given the large surface area, numerous stands, halls and workshops that will cover the 140,000 square metres reserved for the initiative.
In addition to the activities dedicated to visitors, the edition will feature a host of international guests, including the eagerly awaited Don Winslow, one of the most famous contemporary detective authors, who, on 10 May at 7.30 p.m., will present the latest novel of his career, ‘City in Ruins’, the last part of the trilogy dedicated to Danny Ryan, published in Italy by the publisher HarperCollins.
Don Winslow will then continue his tour the following day in Mestre, for the preview of the Mestre Bookfest, flanked by our Elena, who will provide an interpreting service to allow all those interested to enjoy the writer’s words.
