Today we are taking a break from our stories about historic Mestre to share an equally “historic” announcement: Finking S.r.l. has obtained ISO quality certification.
The journey toward this certification has been far from straightforward. As early as 2018 there was an initial approach and interest, and in 2019 the paperwork was signed to begin the process—only for everything to come to a halt in 2020 with the outbreak of the pandemic.
We did not give up. In 2021 we picked up the hard-won documents again and began to follow the long certification path, creating a manual, performance indicators and, above all, clear objectives—something we had never formally set for ourselves before, but which will now guide our work in the future toward continuous improvement and greater satisfaction of our clients’ needs.
