For new entrepreneurs and small and medium-sized enterprises in the area, a unique opportunity is now available, namely the ‘Erasmus for Young Entrepreneurs’ programme. Funded by the European Commission, the programme operates throughout the participating countries through the cooperation of local contact centres active in the field of business support.
Erasmus for Young Entrepreneurs is a cross-border exchange programme that offers new or aspiring entrepreneurs the opportunity to learn the secrets of the trade from established professionals running small or medium-sized enterprises in another country participating in the programme.
The exchange of experience takes place during a period of work at the premises of the experienced entrepreneur, who helps the new entrepreneur acquire the necessary skills to run a small business. The host entrepreneur has the opportunity to look at his or her business from new angles, work with foreign partners and learn about new markets.
