ECOVADIS SUSTAINABILITY CERTIFICATION
Saturday, March 26th was dedicated to Earth Hour, a collective tribute to the beauty and fragility of our planet and a call to halt its destruction. Promoted by WWF for more than ten years, this global initiative aims to raise public awareness of the value of nature and biodiversity worldwide. Ordinary citizens and public figures in 192 locations came together in support of the planet, all turning off their lights in a powerful symbolic gesture. Finking also did its part.
But we do not limit ourselves to one hour on one day of the year. Finking has chosen to rely on EcoVadis to improve its environmental and social practices through a certification pathway toward ISO 9000, with the goal of making our company more responsible in many respects. EcoVadis’ reliable ratings and easy-to-use monitoring tools enable companies to manage risks and integrate eco-innovation into their global supply chains.
The EcoVadis solution has already been selected by leading multinational corporations to assess their global supplier databases in more than 95 countries.
