On Friday 3 November, we attended the graduation of our former intern Beatrice, who graduated in Marketing and Communication with a thesis entitled ‘Marketing analytics and application of the RFM model: the Finking case’.
During her internship, Beatrice got to see the company’s marketing situation and analysed our customer databases using marketing analytics tools with the RFM model to optimise Finking’s decision-making process.
After her analysis, she developed some suggestions regarding the company’s marketing profile.
This model helps us visualise which customers are the best and worst to make sure we target our marketing strategies correctly.
We at Finking will treasure these tips so that we can apply them to our company and constantly improve.
