The days are beginning to get shorter, the sun is setting earlier and earlier, summer seems to have flown by, and the taste of ice cream under the umbrella remains only a sweet memory: as summer begins to come to its end, the famous “back to school” envelops us with different atmospheres in every part of the world. In some cultures it represents a true rite of passage, a chance to don impeccable uniforms and meet old and new classmates. In others, however, it is a time of celebration, with traditional rituals and local celebrations marking the start of the academic year.
In every corner of the planet, “back to school” is not only a return to the classroom, but also a new adventure, an opportunity for a lifestyle change or a nostalgic return to dear old routine.
And so, as we prepare to pick up our books and notebooks again, let us remember that the desire for knowledge knows no boundaries, and no age either: whether you are a language enthusiast or an inveterate drawer of little hearts in notebooks, whether you are a young student, or a nostalgic old man, we at Finking would like to wish you a new academic year full of fun and discovery. And remember: there is no age to stop learning!
